Funeral Services Visitations & Viewings
Visitations are usually held before the funeral service or gravesite ceremony. The visitation and/or viewing maybe formal or informal and may be conducted before or after burial or cremation.
Traditional Funeral Services
Traditional funeral services may be held at a church or the funeral home. The traditional rituals of remembering loved ones through reflection, singing, poems, personal tributes etc.
Services can be held at the actual place of interment. It may be a formal or informal ceremony without the physical building.
Memorial services can be held in remembrance of a loved one. Often, people display portraits and mementos of their loved one in place of a casket. In the case of cremation, some families choose to display the urn as well.
Cremation Services Whether because of personal beliefs, cost or perhaps environmental concerns cremation is another option for disposition of your loved one. Cremation does not limit your ability to personalize and celebrate the life of your loved one.
Veteran Memorial Services Veterans who have been honorably discharged from any of the U.S. Armed Forces are eligible to receive veteran honors. In some cases, their spouses and depended children are also eligible. Before planning a funeral service with veteran honors, you will need to obtain proof of military services (Form DD214).
Our staff can assist you in finding the appropriate burial location to meet your needs.
This option does not include a memorial or funeral service. The funeral home will take charge of the cremation and the cremated remains are returned to the family.
