When peace like a river attendeth my way, When sorrows like sea billows roll,
Whatever my lot, THOU has taught me to say;
It is well, it is well with soul.
The Brown Family officially announces
The Obsequies for
A Legend
Beloved Churchman, Pastor, Moderator, Community Activist and Saint of God
Pastor Emeritus Matthew Southall Brown, Sr.
With tremendous sorrow, we submit to the will of our Father as we humbly announce the unforeseen, yet Triumphant Journey of our beloved Pastor Emeritus Matthew Southall Brown, Sr.
This beloved servant of God closed his eyes on this side of the Jordon River and returned back to God’s garden of peace. For we don’t weep as those who have no hope, but rejoice that he has now received his reward Sunday, November 21, 2021, with his loving family at his side. We the Bynes-Royall Funeral Home Family and Staff along with the Brown Family requests your prayers at this time.
His beloved family would like to thank everyone for the various acts of kindness extended to them.
