Mrs. Thelma R. Tharpe
"God, who is omnipotent and omniscient, has now summoned his servant into eternal rest that is only available to people of God."
It is with tremendous sorrow that we announce the promotion from the troubles of this world to the sweet rest and reward, our beloved Matriarch, Educator, Saint and Friend who answered the Divine Master's Call on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, in Alpharetta, Georgia. She was a retired Educator in the Public School System of Chatham County and Professor of Savannah State College (University). Mrs. Tharpe was also preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Frank D. Tharpe.
Fervent prayer is asked for the entire Tharpe family.
