Mrs. Thelma Brown went home to be with the Angels early Thursday morning September 5, 2019 at Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters with her loved ones by her side. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday September 14, 2019 at the Chapel of Bynes-Royall. Public viewing Friday 10:00 am-6:00 pm at he Chapel. Professional services entrusted to Bynes-Royall Funeral Home.
