Mr. Stephen L. Spann peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at his residence. Public Viewing: Friday, October 25, 2019, 10:00am-4:00pm, followed by Family Visitation, 5:00pm-7:00pm at the chapel of Bynes-Royall. Graveside Service will be held 3:00pm, Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Rock Springs Cemetery, 278 West, Grays, South Carolina 29916. Bishop Christopher C. Singleton, Eulogist. Professional services entrusted to Bynes-Royall Funeral Home.
