Douglas M. Ramseur, age 68, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at his home. He was born in Washington, DC on September 16, 1952 to Willie L. Ramseur and Annie L. Ramseur who preceded him in death.
Everyone knew Douglas by his beautiful smile. He was very outgoing and fun loving. He lived his life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as riding his bicycle and stopping to chat with everyone. He was such a friendly soul.
Douglas is survived by his brother, Billy L. Ramseur, sisters Sheila Bradley, Beverly R. Jackson and Edna T. Ramseur, many nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and others whose lives he touched.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery on HAAF.
