Mr. Cornelius Williams known as "Gator" transitioned on Tuesday June 8th, 2021. Mr. Cornelius Tavaris Williams, was the youngest son, born to the late Arnold Williams and Henrietta Fraizer Williams, on March 2, 1980, in Savannah, Georgia.
He attended the Chatham County public school system. He loved his family, especially spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Gator loved the game of basketball and could often be found shooting hoops on the Cann Park Basketball Courts with friends.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother, Henrietta Fraizer Williams; four brothers; Anthony Fraizer, Bernard (Rosalind) Fraizer, Kenneth (Nicole) Williams, and Benjamin (Taniece) Williams; six sisters, Tawanda (Richard Blidge) Williams, Latoya (Eric Mike) Williams, Angienetta Fraizer, Karmen (Maurice) Kicklighter, Lashonda Williams, and Karen Williams; two uncles, Franklin Span and Edward Williams; four aunts Dorothy Williams, Retha Mae Dilliard, Linda Bush and Carolyn Holmes. A special friend, Kontina Gibbs and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday June 19th, 2021 at God's Temple of Praise Church 1907 Burroughs St. Savannah, GA 31415. Interment Woodville Cemetery. Public viewing Friday June 18th, 2012 from 3-6:00 pm at The Chapel of Bynes-Royall. Masks and Social distancing are required.
