Mr. Billy L. Ramseur 70, of Savannah, Georgia entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at St. Joseph's Candler Hospital surrounded by his loving and devoted family. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery on HAAF. Please arrive at Bynes-Royall Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. for procession to cemetery.
