Alfonso “Al” Williams
Richmond Hill, GA
Alfonso Williams, 82, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at his home surround by his loved ones. He was born in Savannah, GA., December 5, 1938. Alfonso was a faithful and dedicated member at Restoration Worship Center where he served on the usher board.
Alfonso is survived by his daughter, Theresa L. Poinsett of Richmond Hill, GA., son Willie Arkwright of Savannah, G.A., five sisters and two brothers, 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Public viewing will be held 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., Friday, October 8, 2021, in the chapel of The Historic Bynes-Royall Funeral Home, 204 W. Hall Street, Savannah, GA. 31401.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 9, 2021, at the Emma Grove Cemetery, 520 Wild Heron Road, Savannah, GA 31419.
Mask and social distancing highly enforced.
