When peace like a river attendeth my way, When sorrows like sea billows roll,
Whatever my lot, THOU has taught me to say;
It is well, it is well with my soul.
The Brown Family officially announces,
The Obsequies for
Our
Beloved
Mr. Leon Brown
With tremendous sorrow, we bow to the will of our Heavenly Father as we humbly announce the unforeseen, yet
triumphant journey of our beloved, Mr. Leon Brown.
This beloved son closed his eyes on this side of Jordon’s River and returned back to God's garden of peace. For we don’t weep as those who do not have hope,
but rejoice that he has now received his reward on Sunday, June 22, 2025, with his loving family at his side. We, the Bynes-Royall Funeral Home Family and Staff along with the Brown Family request your prayers at this time.
His beloved family would like to thank everyone for the various acts of kindness extended to them.
Celebration of Life services will be held 11:00 am Thursday July 3rd, 2025, at Greater Gaines Chapel AME Church, 1006 May St. Savannah, GA 31415. Interment Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, South Carolina. Public viewing will be from 3-6:00 pm Wednesday July 2nd at the Chapel of Bynes-Royall.
