Annie L. Cooper transitioned Wednesday evening November 22, 2023, at Memorial Medical Health University. Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 am Saturday December 2nd at the Chapel of Bynes-Royall. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery. Public viewing one hour prior to service.
