Willie Fulton was born May 26, 1934. He was the son of Almeta Kizer and Willie Rodney. Willie departed this life on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Memorial Hospital. Mr. Fulton was a member of Fairmount Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, a dedicated member on the Usher Board, a vocalist in The Herbert Harris Male Chorus.
Mr. Fulton was educated in the Public School System of Savannah, GA. He was employed as a carpenter and a cement finisher. He was an avid gardener and loved to play Half Rubber.
Mr. Fulton leaves to celebrate his life, a devoted and loving wife of 31 years, Mrs. Mary Lee Fulton, brothers: Elder Samuel (Sharon) Kizer, Jr. and Algernon M.(Miriam) Rodney of Ocala, FL; sisters: Veronica Dudley and Jeanette Wales of Savannah, GA, Patricia L Young of Washington, D.C.; brothers-in-law: Freddie Wright of NYC, NY, Tony (Ruth) Wright, Sr. of Savannah, GA; Godchildren: Quitman Clark and Tiesha Cobin and a loving friend Mr. George Street of Savannah, GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be April 09, 2016 at 11:00 am at Fairmount Baptist Church 721 E. Bolton Street. Interment will follow the services at Laurel Grove South.
