Mr. Tommy Myrick. Allen  was born December 3rd, 1951 in Savannah, Georgia to Elmo Sams, who preceded him in death, and Thelma Allen Sams.

He received his primary and secondary education in the public schools of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia and matriculated at Savannah State University majoring in Business Administration. He served honorably for three years in the United States Armed Forces and was employed for eleven years at Lummus Coroporation.

At an early age, he was baptized at Litway Missionary Baptist Church.

Tommy was lovingly embraced by everyone he encountered and never met a stranger. He displayed such a peaceful spirit and his kindhearted nature was infectious.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, a devoted mother, Mrs. Thelma Sams; siblings, Elise (Carl) Wilson, Enterprise, AL, Terry Sams, Theron Sams, Melviin (Diane) Sams, Anthony Sams and Patricia (Omar) Sharef, all of Savannah, GA; fiance',, Eva Jackson who was near and dear to his heart; two children who he accepted and loved; nieces, nephews and a special nephew, Warren Keith Roundtree, Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday February 3rd, 2018 at College Park Baptist Church. Body will lie instate 11:00 am ..Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.  Professional services entrusted to Bynes-Royall Funeral Home. Please sign our guestbook.
