Ms.Linda Collins-Colon 58, transitioned .peacefully in her sleep at her daughter's home on April 19, 2017 following complications from Pancreatic Cancer after being diagnosed  four weeks earlier.. Linda was born August 9, 1958 in Savannah, Georgia to Willie Steadman and Frances May Collins. She received  her education in the public schools of Savannah Chatham County. Linda loved to travel and spent her early years traveling to New York, South Carolina and Florida. She later became a resident of Atlanta Georgia over the last twenty years. While in Atlanta, she worked for CNN Pressed for Success Cleaner's as a Professional Presser.. Linda's daughter remembered her as a kind, driven mother and grandmother who encouraged them to pursue their goals. She was known for her bright outlook on life and her sense of humor She will be dearly missed and always remembered and loved. She is preceded in death by her father, Willie Stedman who passed away in 2009, mother, Frances May Collins who passed away in 1964  and grandmother, Cora B. Williams who passed away 2008.. Graveside service  will be held 3:00pm Saturday April 22, 2017 at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery on Hunter Army Airfield. Reception to follow.
