Jeffrey Wesley Smalls was born on November 27, 1957 to Mr. and Mrs. John Wesley Smalls,Sr (Ethel Lee). Jeffrey was educated in the Savannah Chatham County public school; he is a graduate of Herschel V. Jenkins High School. He became a certified plasterer and stucco worker. Jeffrey was the father of four children, one son and three daughters.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sandra Lee Smalls George. He leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters, Demetra Shawanda Smalls, Erica M. Jenkins, and Brianna M. Smalls; one son Jeffrey Wesley Smalls, Jr.; one granddaughter, Niemah J. Smalls; siblings, John (Pearl) Smalls, Ethel Marie Beavers, Judy (Aaron) Roberts, Juanita Gibbs, Michael (Julie) Smalls, Anthony Ronald Smalls, Frederick (Loretta) Smalls, and Rufus (Karen) Smalls and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Tuesday March 28, 2017 at Tremont Temple Baptist Church. Rev. Quentin Morris Pastor/Eulogist. Interment Magnolia Memorial Gardens,
