Mrs. Cecila L. Monroid, was born November 22,1927 to the late Pilagia Lationio ,and Dodong Endriola in Mandaue City Philippines. Cecila was educated in the Public School System of Mandaue City Philippines. Mrs.Cecila was a dedicated wife of her late husband of 59 years Mr.Mauricio Monroid, she was a loving mother of 16 children.
