Mother Angela J. Henderson received here wings Wednesday afternoon August 12, 2026, at Memorial Medical Center with her loved ones by her side.

Mother Angela Henderson was born April 22, 1954, to the Clara Anderson and Isaac Johnson. The Savannah native was educated in the Savannah Chatham County school system.

Durning her lifetime, she worked in numerous restaurants and provided catering for many. She utilized her gift of hospitality to be a blessing to everybody.

In 1997, she married Jim Henderson, who preceded her in death along with her brother, Daniel Johnson.

Mother Henderson and her son, Cory Johnson joined Abundant Life Deliverance Center September 15, 2024, under the leadership of Bishop William C. Roberts.

She leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Samuel and Cory Johnson, three daughters, Wantisha (Roy) Caldwell of Thomaston, GA, Tenell (Jose') Williams and Niaisha Johnson-Perry (Norman) of Warrensville Heights, OH; two brothers, Isaac, Jr. and Derrick Johnson; three sisters, Sarah Dunham, Barbara Johnson and Tonya Scott-Green (Mark); one aunt, Vivian Johnson and a devoted niece, Kimberly Johnson and a host of other relatives family and friends.

Celebration of life services will be held 11:00am Saturday August 22, 2026, at Abundant Life Deliverance Center, 2502 US 80, Garden City, Georgia. Bishop Williams C. Roberts, Pastor/Officiant. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.

Public viewing 3-6:00pm Friday August 21, 2026, at the Chapel of Bynes-Royall
