Clarence "Teddy" Williams, Eulogist. In-state: 10:00am Saturday at the church. Public viewing: Friday, January 24, 2020, 10:00am-6:00pm at the chapel of Bynes-Royall. Interment: Bryan Neck Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 16525 GA Highway 144, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324. Professional services entrusted to Bynes-Royall Funeral Home.
